Over the past two years, customers have requested and Visual Impact Printing provided an ever expanding list of products and serviced.
In April 2008, the name of the company was changed to Kedron, Inc. with a tag line of Integrated Marketing Solutions to reflect the true nature of products and services they were providing to customers.
Kedron believes that any successful business is built on a three-fold philosophy:

Both Frank and Bill are dedicated members of the Fayette Daybreak Rotary Club in Peachtree City and members of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. Through the Chamber of Commerce, Kedron participates in the Partners in Education Program with the Fayette County Public Schools.
 Frank Harris - Principal
As a Business Executive, Frank Harris brings over 20 years of comprehensive international experience in Planning, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and Project Management. Frank has a reputation as a strong leader, communicator, negotiator, and problem solver, with a focus on exceeding customer requirements. He is an entrepreneur and visionary who understands the impact today's decisions will have on future business. He possesses strong mentoring, management, coaching and leadership skills and excels at developing people for cross-functional and management roles.
Most recently, Frank was Director of Business Planning for Sony Latin America. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning and operations in Miami, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. He provided strategic business planning and managed customer credit and supply chain operations. He planned and implemented ongoing development of SAP and supporting systems to meet company operational and financial objectives.
Previous roles with Sony Latin America included; Manager of Marketing Communications, Business Planning, and Information Technology.
Earlier in his career, Frank held a position as Manager of Information Systems at Sony Electronics, where he was responsible for networking and client / server development. Frank also was co-owner of a systems consulting company in the hospitality industry, where he provided training and consulting services to clients in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The company’s major clients included; Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino, The Plaza Hotel, Windows on the World, The Four Seasons Hotel, the 21 Club, and Tavern on the Green.
Frank graduated with honors from the University of Miami with an MBA in International Business. He received his BA in Economics from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. |
 Bill Reilly - Principal
Bill Reilly has over 25 years experience in all aspects of business and financial operations in both public and private industry, including owning and operating a restaurant franchise.
Bill has had direct hands-on responsibility for manufacturing processes, distribution, transportation logistics, food service management, and financial reporting and controls. Streamlining operations and finding cost efficiencies have been his forte throughout his career.
Bill has held senior finance and operational positions in various industries including shipping, music printing and publishing, communications, and restaurants. He was Vice President of Finance at a major Fortune 500 company and is currently Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Celtic Shipping & Projects.
Bill has an MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University in New York and BS Accounting St. John’s University in New York. |
